- Can you repair smart and WiFi-connected appliances?
- We do. Samsung Family Hub refrigerators, LG ThinQ laundry, and connected Bosch and Whirlpool units are all in our wheelhouse, including control board and sensor faults.

- Every repair carries a 90-day warranty on both parts and labor. If the same fault returns within that window, we come back at no additional charge.
- Do you charge a diagnostic fee?
- Yes, a modest diagnostic fee covers the technician's visit and full testing of the appliance. It is credited toward the repair when you go ahead with the work.
- Do you work on commercial appliances?
- We service light commercial equipment in cafés, offices and small restaurants, plus rental properties and apartment buildings across Philadelphia. Call and describe the unit and we will confirm.
- How quickly can you get here?
- Most Philadelphia customers get a same-day or next-morning slot. Emergency situations such as a leaking washer or a failed refrigerator are prioritised.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Cash, all major credit and debit cards, and common digital wallets. Payment is due once the repair is complete and tested.
